Walk in appt stats

| What report will help me determine how many appointments were walk in vs. scheduled? |

Hi melguz,
Happy Friday! Thanks for posting to the forums.
The easiest way to get that is to run appt. stats. Here are the steps:
Client>statistics in sub menu>select Appointment Statistics 'Run Report'>set date range>in the first Demographic dropdown select "Method">click "Run Report". This will break out your appointments by scheduled or Walk-in.
