Resource View Scheduler

I'm trying to set up our scheduler in the Resource View. We schedule Workshops with multiple clients attending. How do I do this in the Resource View - it only allows for one client for each time slot.
For example:
Wednesday, Oct 7 we have a Workshop at 10 a.m. with 3 participants.
In the Day view I can schedule each participant at 10 a.m. but all three will not show up in the Resource View.
I have to set up all three in the day or week view to send reminders.

Hi Mary,
Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like a group class, not an appointment, that you would want to setup. An appointment is meant to reflect a single clients appointment, whereas a group class shows a class happening on a certain day/time with more than 1 participant. To setup a group class you would go to Client> Classes> Group Classes. I have included the training link below that covers this, also fee free to reach out to your Account Manager.
Additionally you can view under the Office tab, the Calendar, which will reflect all appointments, group classes, and events.

Hi Mary,
Thank you for the additional detail, the ability to send text Reminders for Group Classes is a feature the development team has committed to adding in a future release, while I do not have a release date this will be coming!
