Soft Donor Reporting Posted: 15 Sep 2020 01:04 PM |
Is there a way to run a donation report that would include soft donors along with their address? |

Hi Cjkinnas,
Yes, absolutely! You can run the Top Donors Report, for your desired date range, and select "compute by: percent" and this will give you ALL donors for the date range which includes their contact information as well as a column for "Soft Credit Amount" which you are able to sort by.
Please let us know if you have any other questions, have a GREAT day!
Blessings,

So a follow-up question about the soft-credit donor list. Instead of pulling the top donor report that limits me to the top 100 donors (max), can I pull a soft-credit list based on event? |

Hi Cjkinnas,
As of today you soft credit does not pull into another report, however we are looking to enhance reports in the future. You can change the Top Donor Report to count by "Percent" instead of count which would allow you to see ALL donors for a date range and their soft credit amount. This report does not filter by event.
Blessings,
