Creating Receipts for an Individual

I'm stumped. For some reason, when I use Creating Receipts for an individual, who I know has donated for the date range, their name may or may not show up in the Donor drop down list. Currently, I have 7 donors I need a receipt for, but was only able to pull up 3. Do you have any clues? Thanks so much!

Hi Pam,
When running a Batch Receipt for a single Donor if the Donor's File Status is set to InActive they will not come up in the Donor drop down list. I think this should be your issue and why you are experiencing some Donor's not showing in the list.

You are a genius! That was the problem. It is amazing what one little check mark can make.
Thank you for your help. Maybe, because now I will have to run a report and see how many others need to be fixed. 8-)
