Unable to search under 'Files' but able to search under 'Cases'

When I try to search for clients using the 'Files' function, I am unable to get anyone to pull up, but when I do the same search in 'Cases', I am able to find clients with no difficulty. Is there something I am doing wrong? Any tips would be much appreciated!

Please click the Clear Filter button (in the yellow bar). Then try searching again. It appears you have additional criteria set that's resulting in 0 records found.

Hi Laura,
Thank you for reaching out, I hope all is well with your staff during this surreal time! I agree with Brian, it sounds like you have a value entered in the Advanced search filter(s). Under the search where (where you can enter File ID, LastName/Organization, etc.) there is likely a yellow bar with the option to "Clear Filter" click this and it will reset all search fields to blank allowing you to search fresh. You want to click "Clear Filter" before each search. Please give us a call if this does not fix your issue.
