Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Posted: 11 Jun 2020 12:21 PM
I am attempting to close a file and this notice is what I get. I thought maybe it was because there was no due date set, but when I added the due date, it still will not let me close the file. I have closed other files without any problem. Any ideas?

Hello LClary221,

Can you please provide the exact steps you complete to "close the file" resulting in the error? including the screen you start on, and/or the name of the dialog you are in when the error occurs?

Sounds like you ran into a bug. Thanks.

I am on 'Case Form' and then click 'Edit' and attempt to change the file from open to closed. I am able to change the 'Case Outcome' to Unable to Contact without any problem. I try to 'Save and Close' or just 'Save' and get the error message either way.
