error in downloading online Egiving NCS

Hello,
I am getting an error "invalid jSON primitive" message when trying to download online EgivingNCS records. Please advise.

Maria,
We've received a number of reports from customers using eGiving having a similar problem. It appears eGiving changed something on their end that has broken our connector. This usually happens when they upgrade their API, but unfortunately they have not notified us of any changes.
We're attempting to contact them today, but it's difficult as their support isn't that great...taking a long time to get back to us. I suggest you call them too and report the error. I'll post back here if/when we connect with them.
Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately changes on their end are out of our control. |

Maria,
It looks like they shut off their API. When our connector tries to call their API, we get an HTTP 404 page not found error. Yikes! |

I just heard back from MinistryBrands. They confirmed this is an issue on their end and their development team is working to fix. I'll post back here once the issue is resolved.
