Issue with Excel Download Posted: 03 Jan 2020 10:20 AM |
I'm having an issue with the excel download from the Statics side of things. After I download, when I go to open in Excel, it first says "The file format and extension of ‘Appointment Statistics.XLS’ don’t match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don’t open it. Do you want to open it anyway?" It's always said this, so I select "Yes". Then, this notice comes up "The file is corrupt and cannot be opened. " and closes.
So, then I try to download using Word. When I download and open in Word, it gives me this message: "Problems came up in the following areas during load:
Missing file:…w.ekyros.com:443/CP/Styles/_Lib/css/font-awesome.min.css%20"
It does open, and then I can copy to excel.

Hi Amanda,
I would try clearing your temporary internet files and then restarting your computer and try again, if that doesn't work give us a call and we can try and assist you in troubleshooting further. I've tried exporting and it worked perfectly for me. Give us a call if clearing the temp files and restarting doesn't do the trick!

Thank you for getting back to me.
I'm still having issues - I've cleared, restarted, etc. It's only from the Client Management - Statistics and with excel that I'm having this issue. I called the main number but it said to leave a voicemail.
Please let me know how to proceed.
