| Does the moderator or anyone know if there is a way to query for clients who have had multiple cases? |

Hello NurseNelson!
Try running the Case Status report and sort by Case# in descending order. (Click the case# column). All clients with Case Number > 1 have multiple cases.
You can also export to excel to de-duplicate the list. If you're not sure how to do that, please call your account manager. They call walk you through that step.
