Missing Staff/Volunteer names under activity Posted: 20 Apr 2019 01:23 PM |
Recently I have noticed when going back into a client file to add or update info, the Staff/volunteer names are missing. It seems to be mostly Concepts Shared, Referrals and Health History. I have not had a problem with this in the past so I'm curious if anyone else is and what is the cause. All the other info is saved, just the name of the staff or advocate is missing. |

Hi HeatherSmith,
Check the audit tab under the client file. Any changes to the activity forms (and client file) will show there. Also, feel free to give us a call next week. We'd be happy to look into the issue with you. But I can tell you nothing has changed in the software that would cause you to lose your staff info associated to the client forms... |

Hi Heather,
Thank you for posting your question to the forums. I too suggest you give us a call on Monday to get some additional assistance.
I am wondering if a Staff/Volunteer file was inadvertently deleted from the database within Staff Management when a team member left? Staff/Volunteer files should have their status changed on the file to "inactive" when someone leaves your service. This way the staff/Vol name no longer populates on the list when adding activity forms as a current selection. But their Staff file stays in tact along with all associated services performed it is linked to as well as any past timecards.
