Adding Resources Posted: 23 Oct 2018 02:13 PM |
Hi, we are having trouble with one of our advocates adding appointment resources without approval of staff. This lead to a discussion on how it would be nice to have certain features lead or not lead into different functions. I understand there are some roles already but it would be nice to limited some things. Like I am a Director, wants access to assigning roles and passwords etc, but not access to donor management. My advocates, nice to let them have access to Client Management but they are not allowed to add appointments. I guess what I am saying it would be nice to have more or less control of roles that volunteers and staff have in office. Thank you in advance for considering this.

Hi, joneskl! Thank you for reaching out to us. You are correct we have specific roles based on the functions of your staff. It sounds, like perhaps, adding appointment resources without approval from staff, would be an internal training issue. However, we would love to discuss the different roles and functions with you to perhaps enhance your user experience in the software. We recommend you contact your account manager for further discussion and training. Thank you again for participating in the forum posts. |

We have also have similar issues with appointments being added, deleted, etc. We did implement more training, but the it's still possible for people to make changes and because we can't track exactly who did what at what time on the appointments (in the properties section), we aren't able to narrow down who is doing these things. It would be very nice to limit who can create appointment times in the resources section. |
