Can you help me understand how you would use this information? This is the first time we've received a request for this question on the initial visiit form. If it is something that would be useful to all the other centers using CenterPiece, we would be happy to add it. Thanks for you feedback! |

Hello Brianp,
On our intake, we ask four questions that pertain to the spirituality of a client. We ask the following questions:
Did you pray for the client?
Did you share the gospel?
Did present the plan of salvation?
Did the client make a profession of faith?
The question that ekyros ask is did you pray for your client to receive salvation?
Not all of our clients are saved but several are already saved. Many of our clients ask for prayer for their living situation, finanical situation, etc. We find that we pray for those things more that just praying for salvation. This is a very important question/request on our intakes. I hope this helps some. Thanks!
