Health History Report

I'm interested in a report that will pull the data from the Health History form, specifically the question regarding if they've been tested for an STD and if they currently have one of the STD's listed. Do we already have access to this in a report or statistic?

Hi Amanda,
Thank you for posting to the forum. Some of the questions from the Health History do already pull into statistics (many of the questions that previously existed in the software and were moved last summer to this new form). There will also be new statistics coming in the future that are tracked on the Health History.
You can run Client Case Statistics by the demographic of 'BeenTestedForSTDs' to get statistics on those who have and have not previously been tested. The question "do you have any STD's has the ability for a response of one to many, and so it isn't able to pull into the Client case statics because the client case is a one to one. However, there are excellent STD statistics that report on both their current STD testing and STD results as administered at your clinic. (such as STD Test Results Statistics by demographic of "Test Name").
