Emailing Clients

I'm researching the notion of sending surveys to clients who allow us to contact them via email. Which report is best to get this information quickly without an extreme amount of extra information?

Hi Amanda,
Happy New Year, it's great to hear from you! You can run the Unique Clients Served by Center report, which will provide you a list of clients who have had 1 or more visits within a date range. You will want to view the report as a List, this will provide all their contact information as well as "Is OK To Contact" preferences. Let us know if you have any other questions, have a GREAT day!
