Client Files with No Cases

Is there a report that will show me which client files have no cases listed? We have several files that are empty and probably need to be removed from our system, but I'm not sure the easiest way to do this.

Hi Amanda,
It's great to hear from you! As of today we do not have a "Clients with no activity" report however that is a great idea! I will add this to our feature request list to be considered for a future update. Until then you could compare the Unique Clients Served List view to the Client Files Report, by file ID, and determine who doesn't have any activity (those who are not on both lists).
