Client forms in Spanish

Has anyone already translated client forms into spanish and is willing to share those with us? We find we really need some and our 1 spanish speaking staff member is very overloaded with lots of work.
Any help is appreciated.

It's great to hear from you! My suggestion would be to use the Google Translate option for a document and then have your Spanish speaking staff member review and make any corrections needed. I hope this helps, have a GREAT day!
