I was updating client files and stepped away, when I returned, I no longer can search for clients. I can enter the last name, and 0 records appear. I tried many names, phone numbers, etc and tried the advanced search with the same result. I generate reports and the names are there. Please advise, I'm sorting of dead in the water. Thank you! |

Click the 'Clear Filter' link in the yellow bar below the search criteria. That should fix it. |

Hi there,
It sounds like you just need to clear your search filter. There should be a bright yellow ribbon with the words 'clear filter' on the left side just below your search fields. You want to click on the words 'clear filter' and it will clear out all the search fields so that you are searching from the entire database again. You may simply have a blank space (tab) in one of the fields that you can't actually see that just needs to be cleared out (perhaps even in the advance search area).
