client visit statistics

Hello Ekyros team,

Each month I would run a client visit statistics report. Under demographics, I would choose "visit type" and "sex." I then take the info received there (among other Ekyros stat reports) and compile a monthly document I present to our director and board.

Last week when running the report to receive our August stats, I noticed a difference in the amounts from previous months. The numbers are now higher than before. I am wondering how the newest update could have possibly impacted this report as I notice in the update it said that the case visit form was enhanced - "Removed Type of Visit (new/return) field. This value is now calculated based on the visit date."

Please help me figure this out :)

Thanks in advance!

Maria

Hi Maria,

Nothing changed with the actual count of client visits. The visit type (new/return) has always been calculated when we load the visit stats for years, so nothing has changed there either. In the last update, we just removed the visit type field from the visit form, because it wasn't being used. If you still feel like numbers aren't quite right, please give us a call (or contact your account manager). We'd be happy to go over the numbers with you. Thanks!
