Taking time out

Good afternoon,

I was curious about being able to take the times that you are unavailable off of the schedule. Is there a way to do that? As it is right now, you have to 'put in' the time you want to be available. There are many times that it would be much easier to just take out an hour here and there as needed. Any suggestions?

Hi smiller,

Can you be more specific? I'm not sure what you are referring to. Are you talking about scheduling resources?

Yes. For example: I had an employee that already had appointments scheduled for a particular day, but wanted to be taken off of the schedule say from 2-3 p.m. and it was just spur of the moment. Is there a way to do that? Right now, if I know about them being out ahead of time, I can put in the hours they will be here and just leave out the hours they won't. But when it's a last minute scenario and they already have appointments for other times during the day, is there a way to take out the time they won't be available?
