Emailing staff

Hi y'all! I am looking for something that I don't think is a function currently but would be awesome for y'all to add to the amazing software platform that is called eKyros!
We would like to be able to email our volunteers through ekyros -- specifically those that have client contact. Our Director of Client Services has been resistant to using the Staff portion of ekyros to keep records because of the inability to email from there. She says it's easier to just keep the contact info in Outlook and her email list there. And right now it is. But because of that she's the only one who has the up to date info for those volunteers. Is this feature in the works? I feel like I've read something about it recently but can't remember when or where. Thanks for everything y'all do to keep us afloat! |

Hi jvanture! I hope you are having a terrific Tuesday! Yes, that is a great idea and we have had the request to email staff. I feel pretty certain that it is a feature we will look at adding sometime in the future. Email is so convenient and I agree that it is an awesome way to keep in touch with your volunteers. I currently do not have a release date or commitment on that yet from development on this feature. Our Road Map under the Help Tab is a great place to look; we have some exciting releases in store soon!
