Hi - We use the scheduler to record not only client appointments, but meetings, time out of the office, training, etc., so that it is all in one place. One thing that would be convenient, even for repeating client appointments, would be to have a recurring option for entering appointments. Currently, when a staff member is out all week, we have to enter each day separately. Would it be possible to add a "repeat" option, similar to phone calendars, where it is possible to check various recurring options like "every day" or "every week" through a certain date.

Thanks for considering this!

Hi Karenboots,
It's great to hear from you, I pray you are doing well! While we love the idea of "recurring" appointments our concern is how to maintain the history, once the recurrence wants to be removed. If you were to delete the recurrence (to stop the appointments) you at that point would lose all the back history of appointments made for that staff/client appointment. Which is why we have not implemented up until this point, does that make sense?

With that said that is on our list of feature requests, to be considered for a future update, and something I love the idea of. I believe once the development team is able to secure a way that would both provide the capability, as well as preserve the history, they would integrate into CenterPiece

Blessings,
AshleighCool

If there would be a way, that would be great. Thanks!
