Hello,
I'm curious how many centers use PlusLink to allow national call centers the ability to schedule appointments? If your center does use it, approximately how many appointments have been scheduled for your center through this service? |

Thank you for reaching out to centers inquiring about the PlusLink feature, I pray you get some great responses! We have quite a few centers who utilize PlusLink (OptionLine, Options United, and/or American Pregnancy Association). While I cannot provide a number as far as scheduled appointments, I can share that the centers I do work with who utilize this feature love having the option for the call center to schedule the client while on the phone with them-- instead of hoping the client will call the center back during open hours.
