Text Reminders

When we send out text appointment reminders, we get an email saying our client confirmed but on the scheduler under the confirmation code, there are no letters or confirmation code. It's not updating in ekyros as we received confirmations. The only way we are able to know if a client confirms is by the email. This just started yesterday and is still going on today. Thanks for your help

I apologize that you are experiencing difficulties within the scheduler and text reminders. The SMS text reminders do not include email responses so I am a little confused as to the issue you are having. You may call the Account Manager for your territory or certainly contact anyone here on the team for assistance by calling (469) 293-3079. We are eager to assist you in resolving this today.

Thanks. It seems to have cleared itself up and we are not receiving the confirmation codes. Not sure what happened but its working now:)

Hi Leahm,

Glad you got it working again! :)

You can turn off the automatic email notification by the way within your ReminderCall account if you don't want to inundate your center's email box. Usually that is what you want to do when the texting integration is set up as two way communication within your scheduler. Some software schedulers only send reminders out so you have to rely on the email to know their response. But we chose to integrate fully.
