Adding PRC Office Hours

| Two of our centers have a few hour break in between our open hours. For example one center is open from 11am-2pm and 6pm-8pm. I am not able to break that up when I add the open hours to each of our centers. Any suggestions? |

Hi NewHopeCenter,
It's great to hear from you! My suggestion would be to have your office hours reflect 11am-8pm and then through resources in the Scheduler and timeslots (for call center registrations) you will be able to specify the actual appointment times. For example if you provide appointments every hour your resources would have timeslots for 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm. Give your Account Manager a call and we can better walk through how to set this up within your scheduler to better reflect the hours you take appointments.
