Earn While You Learn Parenting Program

| How do other centers (especially those with multiple sites) handle Earn While You Learn within Ekyros? We keep track of points earned for each class and then points used. Clients are able to accumulate points for larger items such as pack n plays. We also need to be able to see what videos they have watched. Our satellite location is new so we are finding that some clients are going to the different locations depending on where they will be on a certain day. We have always maintained manual paper files in the past. |

Hi ccpcbanquet, Thanks for a great question! The larger multi location centers that I have assisted typically have printed "baby bucks" and put the responsibility on the client to keep those until redemption. If you are searching for how to look at what lessons a client has taken, you would check (on any & all sites) for their classes taken in the Activity tab.. You can filter within the Activity tab by "individual education" to get just the list of this activity only. You can also change the Grid size in the bottom right corner so you don't have to view multiple pages-you would just scroll through the one.
