appointment reminders for cancelled & rescheduled appointments

| When sending the bulk appointment text reminders, previous rescheduled and cancelled appointments are being sent as well. These should be automatically exempted from the text list. |

Thank you for your post. Yes, please stay tuned for a fix coming on this that will filter out rescheduled and cancelled appointments. We appreciate you notifying us as well!
