Physician Sign off
Posted: 15 Dec 2015 11:23 AM
Our center is just starting to upload ultrasound scans into ekyros so we created a fake client to test the physician sign off feature and to see how this would work. I now want to delete this fake client but I'm unable to because it says the file is locked. How am I able to unlock it? I signed in as admin and I also signed in as a test physician and I'm unable to delete the signed sonogram forms. It's taking up our data storage so we would like to remove it.

Thanks
Leah

Hi Leah,
Once a sonogram has been electronically signed it cannot be deleted/altered as it becomes part of the file's Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Please let us know if you have any other questions, have a GREAT day!

Blessings,

Hi Leahm,

Thanks for posting your question. We plan on adding the ability to mark a physician signed form as 'void' which will remove it from the signed form tab and place it in a 'voided forms' tab. Likewise, as I understand it, it will mark it void if it was associated to a real client file. So, stay tuned for these enhancements.

Based on your concerns about Document storage usage, I am thinking that you are operating currently on the small 'free sample' we provided all centers to test the features with? Once you add an actual Document storage account (25GB increments) you will have a huge capacity and shouldn't be a concern. I would be happy to talk through this with you so you get a better idea of the 25GB capacity. I have included my direct contact information below, and hope to speak with you! :)

Blessings,
Kris Paul
