Chastity Pledges

When our clients are interested in trying to remain abstinent, we offer them an opportunity to sign a pledge card. Is there any place where we can record when a client does this and then furthermore be able to pull a report or statistic on it?

Hi patty,
You may try using the Concepts Shared form to record this information. In Question #3 of the form create a category called something like "Abstinence (signed Pledge Card)". Although we don't provide a report on this today, it is something we can add in a future release. However, by using the form, at least you can start recording this information today. Hi patty,
Another option would be to wait until we implement case numbers (which is scheduled to be released in a couple months). Once cases are in, you will be able to specify if a client made a commitment to abstinence at the case level. This is probably a much better solution if you can wait. thanks. |
