search for individual lessons Posted: 29 Jul 2015 11:50 AM |
Today an Earn While You Learn client who has done many lessons was coming in, and we were trying to check whether she had already done a certain lesson we had in mind. Lessons do not always go in a certain order, so when someone has multiple pages of lessons listed in their client file, it becomes a daunting task to find whether they have completed a particular lesson. We are wondering if it would be possible to add a search mechanism within the activities in a client file that would help with this type of thing. That would be very useful! If it is already there and I just haven't discovered it, please tell me how! |

Hi Karen,
Thanks for submitting your request. You can filter within the Activity tab by 'individual education' to get just the list of this activity only. You can also change the Grid size in the bottom right corner so you don't have to view multiple pages-you would just scroll through the one. You may already know all this I was just checking.
If you are looking at having additional filtering or search abilities here, I would be happy to detail how you would like to see this integrate and present it to our development team for consideration. My direct contact information is below. We are always looking for great ideas that can benefit all centers and make your jobs easier!
Thanks again,

Hi Karen,
Just to follow up, on our conversation, as Kristen suggested you can increase your Grid Size, under the Activity tab, in the lower right corner to "99" and hit apply. This should show the majority of visits on a single page. You can then filter by a specific activity form "Individual Education." To take that a step further you can then, in your browser, hit "Ctrl + F" on your keyboard to search for 1.6 or 1.3, etc. to see if a lesson has already been completed.
Have a great day!
Blessings,
Ashleigh |
