Appointment statistics and a 4th field Posted: 24 Jul 2015 02:35 PM |
This would be HUGE! I have to run a couple of reports at times and compare the two of them. Another option that would be a wonderful help would to be able to run an APPOINTMENT STATISTICS report that we could somehow have time included. For example: We are attempting to assess how many clients we see on a Walk-In basis vs. by appointment. We also want to know who saw them and at what time. Right now, we have to do it manually, which takes A LOT of time and effort. What do you think?
It would also be great if we could incorporate a fourth DEMOGRAPHIC field in all of the statistical reports & if you could allow another field when running a report by staff/volunteer!
Thank you for hearing my suggestions!!! |
God Bless,

Sandyc I apologize for the delay in response to this. Those are both great suggestions. I can see how having the ability to view times would greatly assist in time management and planning for optimization of staff and volunteer times/office hours. As far as the demographics of staff/volunteer in statistics goes, that might pose a bit more challenge for development just due to the fact that the system would have so many drill down and filtering points in which to search. I will certainly bring it up to DEV though and relay your suggestions and I do see where it would be very helpful!
Thank you SO much for taking the time to share this with us and thank you for partnering with us in this ministry! |

The appointment time is much needed for our reporting in order to assess our operating hours on a regular basis.
What two reports are you running to get this information? I run the appointment statistics, but am not sure which other report shows the appointment times.
Thanks,

One more question - is there a way to get a report of all the comments in the appointment section? I think this would be really useful for us given we write many notes in the comment section regarding the upcoming client.
Thanks,

One more thought/request..
Could we get the information about when the appointment was created? For example - if I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago and she didn't show up, that would be of interest. we are booking appointments far in advance and this information would be helpful to our planning efforts.
Thanks! |
