Banquet Sponsors

| Our donors are entered into eKyros as couples. When we add them as sponsors to each group is there a way to enter that only one of them plans to attend the banquet or other event? It makes a huge difference when trying to fill a table. |

Hi Ccpcbanquet,
Currently there is not a way to specify if one or both--on a donor record-- are attending at this time. My suggestion would be to maintain a "person" count for your vendors/center in Microsoft Excel for the time being, this is what I did at my center. I hope that helps!
