Spiritual Status

On the office use only form there is a section to note the client's spiritual status. Could someone tell me where this information should be input when entering the visit data.

Hello hkfisher9,
The Spiritual Status is entered on the Case Form when you're doing data entry into the client file. It isn't associated to each visit, but to the case itself. I hope this helps!

Just to add to what Amy shared, if a client comes in and is "Not a believer" but after coming to the center and through you all sharing the gospel multiple times makes a profession of faith down the road, you would update the Case Form Spiritual Status from "Not a Believer" to "Profession of Faith" with the date. The Gospel Presented, Spiritual Status, and Abstinence Status are the ONLY areas on the case form that you would update after the initial visit. I hope that helps!
