Selected Resources on the Appointment Form

Our appointments could begin on the hour, 15-minute past, half hour, or 45-minutes past. We select resources for the time the room/person is going to be involved in the appointment. Currently, in order to select all the resources needed to fill the appointment time, one must scroll through the list of resources and select the first time slot. Then scroll through the list of resources to select the next time slot. And continue until the hour or hour and a half appointment is selected. Is there a way to program the Available Resources section of the Appointment Form to be able to click each time slot needed and the click an "Add Selected" button to move all time slots at once to the Selected Resources section?

| I have the same question. It is very time consuming to utilize this feature, so we have quit using it. It would be nice to use again if this problem could be solved. |

Hi Ladies,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! I have had the request for the list to now "refresh" or start back over at the top but instead to select and stay where you are so you can continue on through the list. I have this on our feature request list and will be sure to add both your names as centers who are requesting.
