I would love to see the ability to change a clients appointment to another location without having to delete and re-enter. Sometimes the system doesn't change from one location to other smoothly and appointments will be entered in the wrong spot.

Hi mkmatjeka,

If your computer isn't seamlessly changing from one location to another, it might be a setting or function of your browser that we can look at and change. I'd encourage you to contact your Account Manager or call our main line for support (469-293-3079).

If we were to have an option that allows the ability to change an appointment from one location to another without having to start over, how would you want that to work? Would each appointment have a drop-down box with the location names in them to give you that option? Thanks in advance for your feedback and continued support of us making the product even more user friendly.

I think the changing has more to do with our internet network than anything else. Or also may be logged in on more than one computer because she sat at a different desk for a few minutes.

Probably having a drop down box with locations would work. The same way you can change a donor or client to a specific location you'd be able to change the appointment to the right location.

I agree this would be nice. The only issue with that is resources are location specific. So if we gave you a dropdown list to change the location on the appointment form, any selected resources for that location would be cleared/deleted if you changed to a new location on the appointment. In other words, you'd have to re-enter the resources if you change the location from the list. Does that make sense?

Our center doesn't utilize the resource section, but I don't think it would be a problem to re-enter those if we needed to. It's kind of a pain if we need to delete and re-enter appointments right now.
