Out of space after Uploading scans for 4 clients

| Hello! We are trying out the document storage for our sonogram scans. We have only uploaded about 4 clients into the system and we are already out of space. Is there something we can do to make the images smaller or is that something we need to discuss with the people who make our sonogram machine? |

Hi Courtney,
It sounds like your location has not added a document storage account as of yet. We provided a very small sample amount of free storage so that clinics have the ability to test the upload feature and remote physician sign off before committing to purchasing document storage. It is very reasonable to add. Please give me a call and I can discuss further and provide more details.

Courtneyw,
Be sure to use JPEG files for your scans. They are a lot smaller (~90%) than TIFF or BMP scans. You should be able to upload ~250 JPEG scans even when in the free storage tier. Hope that helps. |
