Care Net New Client Intake Questions

Will there be anything added to the ekyros database to assist centers with tracking this information? we are being asked to keep total numbers of who accompanied each client to each visit throughout the year.

Hi Marylou,
Yes, we will be adding the ability to track who attended the visit with client. Today we already track appointments, but you need to be using the scheduler.
We will be adding both new questions to the CN report in a near future release. Unfortunately Care Net made us aware of the new report questions the same time they informed you about the changes. So we're scrambling to figure out had to add them as soon as possible.

Hi Marylou,
It's great to hear from you! We just recently received the latest version of the statistical report from CareNet, with the new questions they will require starting 2016. We will look at integrating the ability to track the number of each person type who accompanied the client to their appointment.
As we just received this new version and question needing to be tracked we will need to work on developing this capability. This will likely be after the first quarter. My suggestion, for the time being, would be to track this information through a spreadsheet in Excel (Date of visit, File ID, and who accompanied).
