Multiple pregnancy Posted: 18 Nov 2014 02:17 PM |
Love the latest update and being able to upload US pics for our MD to sign off on...Thank you!!! One Suggestion/request for the Sonogram form.... if we select multiple pregnancy count can we have a drop down box to document the measurements and FHR for each embryo/fetus. Can this info be on the printed Limited US report form as well.
Thanks-

Hi amgreen5,
Thank you for letting us know we are going in the right direction with our most recent update. I'm so glad it's been helpful and beneficial for your center. I can see the need for including multiple measurements for a multiple pregnancy count. I assume physicians need to see this info on the Limited Ultrasound Report to see the detail of what's happening, right?
For today, we recommend tracking this additional information in the comments section since those are included as the physicians are signing off on the sonograms and included on the Limited Ultrasound Report. This gives you the ability to include that information today, albeit in a work around.
I'll be sure to make a detailed note about your suggestion. Any additional detail you can give me about why it's beneficial to have this on the form would be helpful as well as which center number you are with (the number included on your login, ".s___"). Thanks again!
Kind Regards,
Amy |

I have been filling out a Sonogram Form for each baby but I can see that might skew the stats since I'm really only doing one US. I will put it in the comments section like you suggest. I am at PRC of Owasso -Center #392. Having the information on all the pregnancies on one form as well at the report allows the Dr to see the complete picture and if we are sending a copy of the report to the clients OBGYN all that info is important in tracking the growth and development of the babies.
Thanks again! |
