I have been reading through the different responses to deleting duplicate staff names on
the drop down lists, and I was wondering if there will be a problem with deleting a staff person who had an administrative role and did not see clients.

Hi Lisa,
The only thing that prevents you from deleting a staff file is if the file is tied to client activity. Otherwise, you should be able to delete it without a problem. The other option is to mark the file inactive; that will prevent it from showing up in the Staff/Volunteer drop down lists in the Client Management section.
