Average time it takes to enter a client's preg test visit? Posted: 10 Apr 2014 07:07 AM |
We are trying to find out how long it should take on average to enter a client's pregnancy test visit into Ekyros. It seems to take approx. 20 minutes per client from start to finish using the quick form. We are just wanting some feedback from others on this topic. Thank you. |

Hi opperman90,
I hope we hear from some other current users, but I wanted to give my experience since I did the data entry at my center. It usually took me about 5 minutes, sometimes closer to 10, to put in a brand new pregnancy test client from start to finish. At the time, I wasn't using the Quick Form, and we weren't using the exact office forms from within the software, so I was flipping back and forth between pages trying to find what was next. I'd do that differently now if I were still in that position. Just wanted to offer my experience for you.
Regards,
Amy |

Opperman90,
I agree with Margie and Amy, please give us a call, it should not be taking this long. While at my center we utilized the office forms which streamlined our data entry. I was keyboard based (instead of using mouse clicks) and from start to finish (without quick form) a brand new pregnancy intake took me 5 minutes tops.
Give us a call, let's see how we can make your life easier!

To save time, we trigger the record and input demographics, bring the patient back and get through the pregnancy test in about 5 minutes. This gives the nurse more time without them getting impatient. We have them fill out the demographics on paper with a consent. A volunteer or receptionist inputs that pretty easy. |
