Refund of credit card receipt

| I have a donor that we recently refunded a donation. How do I record that in Ekyros? |

Hi ccpcbanquet,
There isn't a way to record a negative amount in CenterPiece, so you have a couple of options. You could delete the donation entirely out of the donor file, or you could put 0s in the amount and tax deductible amount fields on the donation form and re-save it.

Hi ccpcbanquest,
I think the second suggestion Amy gave is the most popular as it allows you to retain some history in the Donor file. You can simply edit the Donation and change the amounts to 0, and perhaps add a note that you refunded a Donations in the amount of $___ and the date, in the comment section of the donation form.
