how long does it take to receive data through "get online gifts"

Hello,
We are in the process of using "Get Online Gifts" function for the first time. I set up the online giving integration and have been able to download a few transactions. Yet, we have donations that processed through egiving.com on March 5th and they are still not showing up in Ekyros. What should I expect as far as a time table to when I should see those transactions show up in Ekyros? |

Hi optionsnj,
Glad to hear you're using the eGiving connector in CenterPiece! I would check with eGiving and make sure the gifts show up in their system. If they exist, you should be able to download them into CenterPiece through the connector.
Also, make sure the start date on your first download is on or before March 5th. The connector advances the start date to the current date each time you perform a download. You can manually change the start date by editing the eGiving Provider under the Setup tab in the connector.

Good morning Brian,
Thank you for reminding me to change the download date. I thought that if I had been downloading every day since March 5th that they would show up. But I now know to I need to also change the start date. I now have all the donations in Ekyros.
