I'm entering donations received from pledges at our past banquet. When I enter the event, the next tab is the host for the event. Before the recent update, the specific donor was linked to that table host. Now I have to select from all table hosts. I can't possibly remember, nor do I desire to refer to a list each time to see who was at a specific table. My board wants to know how certain hosts "perform" and the results of their table. This tool was very helpful. Please change it back to the way it was. |

Hi delaine,
That was a change that came out in our most recent release from this past weekend. We've heard this feedback from other centers, too, and our development team is working on a way to change that back to the way it worked before. Thank you for letting us know what is most functional for you!
Regards,
Amy |

Thank you!
Also, with the letters and the signature block - I haven't been able to import a signature. And the spacing seems to be set to double space.

If you're having trouble with your signature block, it's probably best to contact your account manager and troubleshoot. We can help!
If you don't know your account manager's contact information, you can also call the main number (469-293-3079) and someone will contact you.

Hi Delaine,
I'm sorry to hear you are struggling with this function-- you can import your signature under the Administration tab, in the report settings area. Be sure to select "Logo Type: Signature" when uploading. Furthermore you will want to create a signature block, by selecting "Edit Signature Block" and then "add new."
We provide training videos and documentation on this process but feel free to give your account manager a call and we can walk you through it. have a GREAT Day!
Blessings,
Ashleigh |

That worked for the signature block - thanks. Now if we could get that double space thing corrected.... |

Hi delaine,
Do you mean that your letter is set to double space? If you are typing and you want a single space to the next line, you can use "shift+enter" to get there. If you just use the "enter" key it does a double space (kind of like you want to start a new paragraph).
Blessings,

Delaine,
Within the letter editor system you can, on your keyboard, do shift + enter and that will create a single space versus a double space. Hope that helps!
Also, after thought, we have a training videos specifically for using letters under our Help tab (see below)--- let us know if you have any other questions and Happy Thursday!
Blessings,
Ashleigh
1. Login to CenterPiece
2. Along the top toolbar click on the "Help" tab
3. Along the left hand side click "Online Training Center (videos)"
4. Locate Donor Management: Reports, Statistics and Letters"
5. Review "Create and Manage Letters" as well as "Advanced Formatting" |
