Client Reports by Staff/Volunteer

I need to pull records of saved babies from previous years and sort them by the name of the counselor who saw them. However, I cannot find a way to pull records of clients associated with a particular staff/volunteer.
To rephrase this another way: I want to show our counselors a record of saved baby cases they were involved with. How do I pull this kind of report from CenterPiece? |

Hi Allison,
My suggestion would be to pull the Case Status Report under the Reports section within Client Management. You can use the measures to pull cases with an outcome of birth who had an initial assessment of "abortion minded" or "abortion vulnerable" or change the measures however best works for the data you want. This will also show the staff/volunteer who saw the client. Does this make sense?

Hi allisons,
Which report or statistic do you usually use to get your number of babies saved? Most of our reports and all of our statistics have the option to sort and pull by the Staff/Volunteer person.
One way to do this would be through the Case Status Report. It allows you to enter the Initial At Risk Assessment or Stated Intentions of the Client (Abortion Minded or Abortion), the Outcome of Birth, and the Staff/Volunteer name. You can also just do the first 2 measures and leave the Staff/Volunteer field set to blank to get a list of all babies saved within the time frame and sort by the Staff/Volunteer column to put them in order rather than having to run it several different times for all your counselors.
Let me know how you usually pull the number of babies saved and I can be more specific about that report. Thank you in advance!

Wow, I wasn't aware that this feature existed. The Case Status report has been beefed up quite a bit since the last time I used it. I like it!
