STATS = Unknown for assessments Posted: 26 Jun 2013 04:49 PM |
I searched for this problem but did not find a match. If I missed it, please excuse me.
We report as 'Not Applicable' Negative PT and Inconclusive Sonogram. Logically, it is hard to make a decision if one is not medically with child.
When we run Client Case Stats, a 'not applicable' is counted/shown as 'UNKNOWN'. This causes much confusion as an UNKNOWN is not expected and is usually NEVER entered as a valid response. My immediate action is to determine why the UNKNOWN was reported.
On other stats, it reports not applicable.
Can you explain why 'not applicable' is displayed as 'unknown' in the case statistics? How does it not apply to case stats?
Thanks for looking into this. |

Hi Keith,
What measure(s) are you pulling for the Client Case Statistics? The At-Risk Timeline does not display negative pregnancy tests or inconclusive sonograms-- therefore if you pull the measure "AtRiskAssessment_AfterSupport" it will indeed say "unknown" because it isn't listed under the At Risk Timeline. In turn it WILL show in the Pregnancy Test Statistics because you are at the source, the actual form. The Client Case Statistics looks to the At-Risk Timeline-- not the pregnancy test form, does that make sense??
Blessings,
