Personnel files, Medical files and Education files for staff
Posted: 29 May 2013 05:12 PM
I am wondering how other Nurse Managers keep records of volunteer/staff training, medical information for each member, documentation of staff education, etc. I am feeling overwhelmed and don't where to begin! Is it possible to combine any of these? Any recommendations or information you can share with me on how to tackle this task would be very much appreciated.
Thank-you

Hi Koda,

The Nurse Manager at the center I worked for would utilize follow-ups under staff management so they could see when training, TB test, etc. were due as a reminder within CenterPiece, they would also track--via note-- education, tests, etc. completed as a record within CP but I am not sure how she managed or organized the paper version of information.

I hope you have a great evening.

Blessings,
Ashleigh

Thank-you Ashleigh.
Does anyone else out there have any suggestions for managing the paper version of information?
