alphabetizing lists
Posted: 04 Mar 2013 03:59 PM
We have encountered a challenge as we add to the class list on the individual education form. We recently added a 10th binder to our parenting set for Earn While You Learn. When we added this to the list, however, it alphabetizes P10 right after P1, rather than after P9. It is much easier, as you might imagine to have this long lesson list come up in order and not have to go searching for the one I'm looking for. Is there something that could be changed on either end to make this work?
Thanks for your help.

Hi karenboots,

Many centers will utilize a lowercase "a" after the P for the 10th binder on Earn While You Learn. If it is submitted as Pa 10 or PA 10, it will insert right after the P 1.0 series. I hope this helps!

Regards,

Amy

Karen,
Another option would be to put a 0 in front of the 1-9 modules PM 01.1, P 02.4, etc. so that when it is P 10.1 it will put it in orderSmiley Hope that makes sense.

Blessings,
Ashleigh
