Donation Receipts

| I'm looking for a way to input our charitable status number so that it will print on our donation receipts. Little help? Thanks.... |

| Hi there Monica, sure thing! This is an easy thing to add to your donation receipts...when you create your batch receipts, you will add your charitable status number by creating a letter and adding it. Create your receipts>in the preview under the 'view as report tab', you will see the 'select letter' pull down. First click on the 'elipsis' button next to the 'select letter' pull down and a window will open to create your letter. Enter charitable status number as your header, and enter the information you want to print on the donation receipts into the body of the letter (just as you wish it to read). Save and Close. Then re-fresh the page and select the new letter you just created in the pull down...and ta dah! It will automatically insert into your donation receipts. Thanks. |
