We don't have the capability to use Option Line Plus Link, but we are writing a grant right now for some technology upgrades at our center. What I need to know is - Is there any cost increase on the ekyros account when we start using Plus Link?

Hi PHCJenifer,
The OptionLink PlusLink capability within CenterPiece is included in the price of the software, an absolutely free tool for you to use as a CenterPiece user.

It's great to hear from you! OptionLine PlusLink is available to all centers at no additional cost to you or your center. You do have the ability to use at any time as you can specify OptionLine's number in your voicemail greeting OR setup your voicemail "Press 1 to talk to someone immediately" and have it forward to OptionLine at that point.
