log in tab

| I can't seem to find a way into the PRC Forums without logging out of ekyros and going back in. Am I missing something? It would be nice if there was a tab or link where we could toggle between the data entry section and the forums. |

Hi Delaine,
It's great to hear from you, you can open a 2nd tab and click back and forth between CenterPiece and the forums. You are able to access the forums through the help tab in CenterPiece or by going to our main website www.ekyros.com and clicking on PRC Forums along the top toolbar. You're going to have to show me where in the help tab because all I can see are the tutorials for the most recent updates and things like that.
I don't see a link anywhere.

Absolutely! To access via the help tab follow the instructions below
1. Login to CenterPiece
2. Click on Help tab
3. On the left hand side click on "Getting Started"
4. Click on "How to Get Help"
a. It will display a link for the online forums :)

| O.K. I found it but I still think it would be nice if it were more visable. I never thought to go to "getting started" because I'm not "getting started". That sounds like "hey, I'm new to e-kyros and don't know what to do." |

That makes complete sense and we make it visible on our main webpage. I will suggest adding it along the top where user guides and training videos are. Thank you for the feedback!
