We spent yesterday entering all of our resources, along with all of the hours they are available. For example: We do prenatal clinic bi-weekly, so we entered the days and times, and then went through and made "exceptions" on a weekly basis for the weeks where there isn't prenatal clinic at a location.
Today we went to populate our schedule to demo to the staff next week, and it is a mess!
1. On the scheduling page, in the resources tab (vs. day, week, etc), it sometimes shows the resource as "unavailable" on the left hand side (highlighted yellow). However, if we check that very same date in the Resource section, it shows that date as a week we are on/open (appropriate boxes and times checked in green).
2. When we are on the scheduling page, in the resources tab again, even if it shows prenatal clinic as "available" (not highlighted) this week, we cannot schedule. The area on the actual calendar is greyed out, with all of our color coded bars there, but with X's in them. They also don't show up in the "New Appointment" section either.
